This is the second time I've ordered this item as a presentation gift. The first time it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. This second time, the centerpiece had become unattached during shipping. I contacted the shop and it was immediately replaced. I received the replacement just a few days later and it was in perfect condition. Excellent product and excellent service. I will certainly continue business with the company.
