I made a mistake when ordering and selected the wrong product. When I realized it, I made a second purchase of the correct product and requested a refund for the original (incorrect) order which was cheaper. Due to a mix-up I was refunded for the more expensive and correct product. I was worried and messaged right away. Dwight was already tracking the mix-up and provided me the proper product at the cost of the cheaper item. 100% on customer service and always quick to respond!
