If you choose to personalize your plaque with a Name/Date/Rank etc. we will send you a picture proof before cutting it for your approval.
If we do not hear back within 48 Hours, we will no longer make changes and will move forward with production.

I messaged seller twice right after I placed the order because a mistake I made. I did not receive a reply back. The item shipped to me was wrong and I had to place another order. Totally mistake on my part but the lack of communication is unacceptable.
