This was a great choice for our coworker who was retiring. She really loved it. My issues were with responses from the seller, no final mock up to review, and the quality after receiving the item. I put to&from on the initial design just until i got the actual timeline, but those words ended up on the actual final product. Plus only after 2 weeks the wood was no longer sticking at the top of the frame & opening up. Otherwise, its a beautiful piece but wish things went a little better.

Item exactly as described. Was sent proof prior to print. When item was received, one layer become partially undone from the back. Seller was excellent with communication skills and customer service. Would use again for sure.
